I took a breathing class from Ricardo. He was Knowledgeable  in the physiology of breathing mechanics and how that applies not only to athletics but also our daily lives’ activities. He delivered an informative talk that was easy to understand and then he instructed our group in a series of exercises that included focused breathing, relaxation techniques, with tips on how to incorporate this easily into our daily regimen. I personally have used this to help me in my surfing  and water photographer experience to feel more confident , safer, and  relaxed in larger more challenging ocean conditions. This is a program that anyone can benefit from and improve their quality of life in some way.  You won’t be disappointed that you took any of the instruction Ricardo offers.
