This workshop serves as an introduction to a continuous improvement including tailored advanced physical & mental training methods and techniques used to develop resiliency, face fears, and gain confidence– one breath at a time.
During this workshop athletes will be introduced to the value of breath awareness and control. This workshop will include information on the physiology of breathing. Participants will learn and practice breathing exercises that will help them train both their mind and their body to safely and confidently respond and adapt to conditions and situations and mitigate stress, and anxiety.
